This superb villa rental in Javea, Costa Blanca is reached via a quiet service road and into a carport. Steps then lead down to an imposing front entrance amid terraced gardens. Once inside the house you cannot help but be impressed with the elegant, light, airy feel to the villa. The most comfortably furnished lounge/dining room, with satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD, extends into a bow window section affording the most fabulous views towards the sea. A patio door opens onto steps, which lead down to the pool terrace below. The well fitted kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

An inner hall then leads to the four bedrooms. There is a pretty double and two twin bedrooms, which share the full family bathroom, whilst the master double bedroom has en-suite shower room with WC.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned* for your added benefit.

There is also central heating for those early and late season lets.

On the lower level is the pool terrace, which can be reached via pretty gardens or directly down steps leading from the lounge. The 10 metre pool is simply delightful and has steps down to a shallow end for children and a built-in Jacuzzi area. There is a gas barbecue and the whole area is well furnished for relaxing and living outdoors.
