Villa El Ocho Description

Villa El Ocho sits within large landscaped grounds in a quiet residential area at the end of a cul-de-sac and is just a short drive from Old Town Javea in the Costa Blanca.

Villa El Ocho is south facing and enjoys sun throughout the day. Guests enter Villa El Ocho into a spacious hall that leads into the main rooms of the villa. To the left is a large double bedroom with patio doors opening out onto a seated area overlooking the pool area, a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast. The bedroom has a high beamed ceiling with ceiling fan and a shower room with WC en-suite. To the right the hall leads to the fully fitted Kitchen/Diner, which has dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The diner area has ample dining seating for six and has Patio doors opening out onto a patio which is perfect for ‘al fresco` dining in the evening. A Tuscan arch leads into the comfortably furnished Living room with feature fireplace, Sky satellite TV (Freeview English channels) CD player, video and DVD. The Living Room overlooks the spacious rear terraces with a door leading out onto the covered dining patio. An inner hall leads from the Living Room to two further twin bedrooms with ceiling fan, the first has shower with WC en-suite, whilst the second benefits from a high beamed ceiling with a full family bathroom adjacent.
