Villa Delicia Description

Villa Delicia is nestled in a superb position on the side of a small hill just at the entrance to the village of Jesus Pobre. Stunning views Javea, Montgo, Old Town Javea and the Mediterranean Sea in the distance makes this a wonderful Costa Blanca destination.
Villa Delicia is entered by walking up from the parking area where you come to a split level front terrace of natural stone and terracotta tiling. The entrance of Villa Delicia is through a covered Naya, which overlooks the pool. The Naya is well furnished for dining or relaxing in the shade. Patio doors lead off the Naya into a comfortably furnished and air-conditioned Living/Dining room with beamed ceiling, feature fireplace, digital satellite TV (limited English channels including BBC & ITV) and DVD. The Kitchen is fully fitted with dishwasher and a microwave. To the rear of the villa is a covered utility area with a washing machine.

An inner hall leads to the air-conditioned Master double bedroom which has ceiling fan and en-suite shower room. The further two air-conditioned twin bedrooms also with ceiling fans, are located on this level and they share a family bathroom. All bedrooms have large picture windows, which enjoy views of the Javea countryside and Costa Blanca coastline. The air-conditioning units can be used for heating, making Villa Delicia great for early and late season rentals.

Villa Delicia features several terraces at different levels with the main terrace featuring an 11 metre pool with Roman steps into a shallow end for children. There is a further dining terrace with portable barbecue and furnishings for sitting, relaxing and soaking up the Javea sunshine.

The Old Town of Javea is a great place to explore Javea’s ancient past and is a good location for a little bird watching. Old Town Javea is a short 10 minute drive from Villa Delicia, and the Port of Javea and beaches of Arenal are less than 15 minutes away by car. There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes on the way into Javea and Jesus Pobre is 10 minute walk from the villa as is convenient with many bars, restaurants, mini-market and a bakery.
