Villa Cuaranta Description

Villa Cuaranta is located under The Montgo and features fantastic panoramic views over the valley towards Javea and the surrounding Costa Blanca countryside.

Villa Cuaranta has a large, spacious entry with an American style pool table. This leads into large, comfortably furnished, Living Room with satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player. The Living Room has large picture windows with views over the Costa Blanca countryside. The fully fitted Kitchen is bright and modern with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. An inner hall leads from the Living Room to 3 bedrooms on this level. The Master double bedroom faces the front of the Villa Cuaranta and has an en-suite shower room. The 2 other bedrooms on this level are a twin bedroom and a double bedroom split by a large shower room with walk-in shower and WC. Bedroom 4 is situated in the turret of Villa Cuaranta and is circular in style with twin beds, it is ideal for teenagers or children. Bedroom 4 has DVD player with TV screen with fabulous of views over the countryside. A covered circular Conservatory at the rear of Villa Cuaranta is simply delightful and overlooks the pool area and has stunning views.

Steps leading from the Conservatory terrace lead you down to the 10 metre pool with steps into the shallow end for children. The pool terrace area is a lovely area designed for outdoor living with a covered pergola and outside table. There is an open sided Kitchen area for preparing meals or snacks while enjoying the pool and terrace areas, the covered Kitchen area is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, double sink, gas hob and a shower room with WC.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned for guests’ benefit.

Just a short drive from this wonderful property there are a huge range of things to do including walking through the countryside or some adrenaline pumping rock climbing in Costa Blanca.
The Old Town of Javea is a great place to explore Javea’s ancient past and is a good location for a little bird watching. Old Town Javea is a short 10 minute drive from Villa Cuaranta, and the Port of Javea and beaches of Arenal are less than 15 minutes away by car. There are numerous restaurants, bars and cafes on the way into Javea.

Villa Cuaranta is an excellent family villa for the larger groups looking for a private villa in Javea, Costa Blanca.
