This holiday villa in Javea is most conveniently situated halfway between Jesus Pobre and Javea old town. The shops, restaurants which abound in this area are little more than a 10 minute drive, whilst the port and the beach at Arenal are no more than a 15 minute drive. With so much growth around the area, it has also become a great spot for bird watching in the Costa Blanca countryside.

Casa Valls is a real family villa rental in Costa Blanca full of character where any large party would feel immediately at home.

There is a large naya to the side of the house, an ideal spot for outside dining al-fresco. Inside it has a traditional, rustic country house feel. The lounge/dining room has a log burning feature fireplace and cosy settees and chairs. (Please note there is no T.V.)

The kitchen, with dishwasher, leads off from here is enormous and has that simple farmhouse feel. A full size range with double oven and five gas ringed hob makes cooking for the larger party an absolute pleasure, a dishwasher is available for your added convenience. A small but attractive breakfast/dining area is also situated here. Off from the rear of the kitchen there is a small flower filled courtyard with further outside dining facilities and a large brick built barbecue.

There is a washing machine for your added convenience.

An inner hall leads on the ground floor level to two twin bedrooms which share a pretty shower room with WC and the master twin bedroom with full bathroom en-suite. At the end of this hall there is to be found the formal dining room, which again has a very dominant wood burning feature fireplace and is in an 'olde worlde' style. Here also for the enjoyment of teenagers and the like is an American style pool table for your added enjoyment.

Stairs lead off from the lounge to the first floor of the property up to two light and airy twin bedded rooms and the most vast bathroom which has patio doors opening out onto an upstairs terrace.

Around the pool there is ample terrace furniture for relaxing in a most quiet and private location.

Whilst the tennis court is not of Wimbledon standard, it will provide those who like the odd recreational game of tennis a chance to brush up on their strokes (rackets & balls are provided for your use).
