The bay, sea and beach of the Arenal, together with a host of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes are no more than a 5 minute drive from this fantastic Costa Blanca villa rental. If you’re feeling active why not try some challenging yet extremely rewarding cycling in Costa Blanca and discover some truly beautiful sights over the countryside.

You reach the front entrance of up a short gated drive and from there 10 easy steps lead up to the front terrace. The front door of this holiday villa in Javea, Costa Blanca opens into a very spacious hall and at once you cannot help but be impressed with the light, opulent feel to this lovely property.

The most comfortably furnished air-conditioned lounge has feature fireplace, cable TV (limited channels) DVD and CD player. The recently extended lounge has a splendid dining area and comfy seating to sit and relax and patio doors from here open onto the terrace.

The very well-appointed kitchen is fitted in oak and has breakfast table, double oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine.

Leading off from the hall on this level also is two of the villas three bedrooms. The first is a pretty air-conditioned double with ceiling fan and this overlooks the pool and has the beautifully tiled family bathroom adjacent. The master air-conditioned double bedroom is furnished in limed oak and again overlooks the pool and this has a lovely shower room en-suite.

On the lower level of the villa and reached via a separate entrance off the parking area is the third bedroom suite. This is decorated in blue and white with a French feel and is a spacious, air-conditioned double bedded room with a full bathroom en-suite, with corner bath and separate walk-in shower.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside the 10 metre kidney shaped pool has shallow end for children and is set amongst well furnished terraces and tropical gardens. There is a large outside dining table set under a canvas gazebo and a gas fired barbecue for those meals al-fresco. Finally a roof top terrace just ideal for private sunbathing boasts lovely views over Tosalet to the sea in the distance.
