Set in its own large plot in a most exclusive residential area in the Montgo valley. The main gates of this luxury Javea holiday villa lead into a spacious entrance drive. Well established tropical gardens with a most attractive lawned area shaded by a large, mature fig tree and many flowering shrubs and fruit trees greet you. Ideally situated there are a number of things to do in and around the area form scenic walking to some enchanting bird watching in Costa Blanca.

Casa Ficus is of bungalow design and once inside you can see that this is a private home with many of the owner’s personal fittings and ornaments. The comfortably furnished lounge/dining room has satellite TV (limited channels) DVD Player and has patio doors onto the covered open "naya" which overlooks the pool and gardens. The kitchen is well fitted with small breakfast area and has a dishwasher and microwave. There is an outside, open laundry area with shower and washing machine.

An inner hall leads from the dining room to the bedroom accommodation. The pretty double master bedroom has a shower room with WC en-suite, whilst the three remaining nicely furnished bedrooms, a second double and two twins share the large family bathroom.

If you are looking to rent a villa in Javea with outside living in mind then this is the property for you. The open naya has a table and chairs for shaded eating 'al fresco' and there is a barbecue for your added enjoyment. Taking pride of place amongst well-furnished sun terraces is the 10 metre pool with Roman steps at one corner into a shallow end for children. Beyond this is the lawned area with further garden furniture for those quiet moments relaxing under the Costa Blanca sunshine.
