Facing due south and so catching the sun all day through, villa Casa Alima is situated in a peaceful area on the lower slopes of the impressive Montgo Mountain with panoramic views over the verdant valley. A spacious, beautifully furnished and elegant villa in Javea, Costa Blanca with all the comforts of home, it is just a 5 minute drive to the La Sella golf course in one direction and the old town in the opposite. The Port and pretty beach of the Arenal are no more than a 10 minute drive away. There are a huge variety of things to do from fantastic dining to some fantastic bird watching in Costa Blanca.

This Javea villa to rent is reached through a gated drive and then from the parking area up a few steps into a portico entrance. A most attractive and comfortably furnished air-conditioned lounge/dining area has digital satellite TV (limited English channels, however including BBC 1 & 2), video, DVD, CD player and an extensive book and video library. This room in turn leads into a large naya, which is well furnished with suite and cane furniture and overlooks the pool and terraces below. There is also a well equipped kitchen, which boasts washing machine and microwave (no dishwasher).

On this level are two very pretty air-conditioned double bedrooms, one of which opens onto the front upstairs terrace and both have bathrooms en-suite. There is also an air-conditioned twin bedroom with bathroom adjacent.

All three bedrooms on this level are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside there are two separate terraces, just ideal for dining and relaxing and both are furnished to a very high standard.

Stairs then lead down from the ground floor to the pool terrace level. With a separate entrance, here is a large twin bedded room with portable fan, sitting area with small fridge for those pool side drinks, and shower room en-suite. Double glazed doors lead directly out onto the pool and terraces. The delightful 10 metre pool has Roman steps at each end into a shallow section for children and at one end of the pool the design incorporates a seating area with stone table.

Finally there is a portable barbecue to compliment the excellent outdoor facilities, which will make dining out here a real pleasure.
