Villa Casa Ohana Description

This luxury Majorca villa stands in a most exclusive residential area and close to the centre of the resort of Cala D'Or. It is located next door to Villa Margarita and is furnished to the same very high standard and the beaches, shops, restaurants and nightlife are just a couple minutes stroll away, as is the exclusive marina with yet more eating places and some fantastic spots for sailing in Majorca.

Inside, Villa Casa Ohana is a very modern design and boasts high quality furniture and fittings, not normally associated with the villa rental market. The entrance hall leads into a comfortably furnished air-conditioned lounge which has open feature fireplace, flat screen digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD player. Large patio doors open out onto the pergola covered terrace and pool area just designed for dining outdoors. The beautifully fitted open plan kitchen/dining area has stainless steel fittings, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Patio doors open out from the dining area onto the pool terrace.

Leading off from the stylish entrance hall is a second smaller lounge/study with sofa bed (makes up to a double) and can be used for children or a teenager, however, as there is no wardrobe/drawer space. There is a cloakroom with WC adjacent to this bedroom.

Stairs lead up from the main lounge to the galleried landing and to three air-conditioned bedrooms.

The master double bedroom has modern four-poster bed, patio doors overlooking the pool and shower room en-suite. Two air-conditioned twin bedded rooms (one with sleigh beds) are furnished in a most attractive design and these two rooms share an adjacent full bathroom.

As with the rest of this Cala D’or beach villa, the furniture and fabrics in all of the bedrooms are of the highest quality and each boasts beautiful wooden flooring.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout for your added benefit.

Outside the 8 metre pool with corner steps into a shallow end for children sits amongst sun terraces which are well furnished with loungers for those lazy days in the sun. To one side of the pool is a nicely laid out lawned area with trees and shrubs. Under the pergola terrace overlooking the pool is an outside dining table and brick built barbecue for those meals al fresco.
