Villa La Esquina is a popular choice within our collection of villas in Cala d'or, Majorca and is an ideal family villa being only minutes’ walk from the local shops and restaurants. The Cala d'or and Cala Gran beaches are again within an easy walk of the villa.

Next door to our villa Belmonte, the entrance to this Cala D’or villa is accessed over a small garden and into a hallway. From here, the villa's kitchen is well equipped and has breakfast table and chairs. On this level also is a cloakroom with W.C.

Off from the hallway is the lounge/dining room which has a large windows overlooking the garden and pool area of La Esquina. This room is furnished with a comfortable leather suite and there is a modern glass dining table with wrought iron chairs. There is a satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player for your enjoyment.

On the ground floor level of villa La Esquina, are two double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms. On the first floor is the master bedroom of the villa. This has a full bathroom en-suite and a glazed terrace with sofa for sitting and relaxing. From this upstairs terrace, stairs lead down to the pool area.

The pool is set within the pretty and mature gardens of this lovely family villa and there is outside dining furniture and a barbeque for those meals al-fresco.
