Villa La Caleta Description

Built in traditional Ibizan style this villa is ideally situated for all types of luxury family holidays in Majorca. Located on the water’s edge overlooking Cala Gran, villa La Caleta is just a couple of minutes’ walk to the beach and no more than 5 minutes to the resort centre.
You enter the villa down a short path from its gated entrance to the front door and once inside you cannot help but be impressed with the spacious open plan design to the villa. The hall, which has cloakroom with WC, leads into the formal dining area and the most comfortably furnished lounge has large patio doors out onto the front terrace giving a light, airy feel to this living accommodation. A feature fireplace, digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD player compliment the facilities and the well fitted kitchen has dishwasher, microwave and there is also a washing machine located on the lower floor for your added convenience.

Off from the dining area is an air-conditioned double bedded room with ceiling fan and shower room with WC en-suite. An inner hall then leads to two further air conditioned spacious bedrooms. The first is a twin with a most attractive full bathroom en-suite, whilst the second is the master double bedroom with patio doors onto a side terrace with sea views and full bathroom en-suite.

Stairs lead down to the final bedroom, which is also air-conditioned and can be reached either from the inside of the villa or via the patio doors on the lower terrace. This is a pretty three bedded room, which has bathroom adjacent and direct access to the lower terrace and gardens.

All the bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit and centrally heated for early and late season lets.

Once outside this villa's superb position really comes into play. The well-furnished top terrace, which has been recently re-tiled, leads from the lounge and has lovely views down the lawned garden to the pool and sea beyond and there is a new brick built barbeque for those glorious meals al-fresco. At the bottom of the garden and close to the sea is the 8 metre kidney-shaped pool, which has a surrounding small terrace area.

The rocky shoreline and sea below is well screened off by a wall but can be reached by a gated entrance. Direct access is then available to the sea via a ladder for those clients who wish to swim or snorkel in the Cala below. There are also some fantastic opportunities for a spot of scenic walking in Majorca.
