Villa Casa Marions Description

Villa Casa Marions is located in a quiet residential area of high quality properties and in fact the closest of all our properties to the centre of the resort. Situated just behind our immensely popular Casa Belmonte, the shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques and nightlife are just a three minute stroll, whilst two sandy beaches are less than a five minute walk away.
Reached over a short lawned garden from the gated entrance and the front door opens into a very large lounge/dining room which is most comfortably furnished and has satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD player. Patio doors open out on one side to the gardens and pool whilst on the other corner they open onto the terrace. The kitchen is nicely fitted and has dishwasher and microwave and a washing machine is located in the adjacent utility.
On the ground floor are three of the villas four air-conditioned bedrooms. The first of these is a pretty twin and this has a cloakroom with WC adjacent whilst the second twin has the family bathroom adjacent, which services both of these bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an attractive shower room with WC en-suite.
Outside steps lead up from the rear terrace to the fourth bedroom. This is a separate attractively furnished, air-conditioned studio made up of twin beds, full bathroom en-suite and patio doors onto a large roof terrace for some private sunbathing.
All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit (set on a timer)
Outside the lovely new oval 8 metre pool, with separate children's pool, takes pride of place amongst terraces and gardens. The whole area is nicely furnished for relaxing and soaking up the Cala D'or sunshine. A brick built barbecue is to be found on the rear dining terrace adjacent to the kitchen for those meals 'al fresco'.
Casa Marion is a delightful family villa in Cala D’or, Majorca is so close to all the amenities of the resort and where the hiring of a car is not a necessity. With so many activities nearby, including some scenic walking on offer, it is the perfect destination for any holiday goer. Given the popularity of all of our villas in central Cala D'or, Majorca this season, early booking is highly recommended.

Although this beautiful villa is only a 'hop' away from the shops and many friendly restaurants, it is peaceful, private and altogether delightful. The 3 closest beaches are picture-postcard pretty and only a short walk away, perfect for snorkling in the crystal clear water (you will see many fish). The marina is also within walking distance although a taxi is only 5/7 euros. The rep is always on hand with a wealth of local info and recommendations. the 4th bedroom is 'Granny Annexe' style and perfect for teenagers. Find out about the local markets on Weds and Sat, well worth a visit. We loved it and would definately return.

Casa Marions is a beautiful villa in a great location. Its just a short stroll from Cala D'or beach and the shops but just far enough away from any noise. The villa was spotless when we arrived and the pool was cleaned many times during the week. Although we had villas on either side of us, the pool area was very private and spacious. Kathyrn the rep was very welcoming and helpful. The villa is on the marina side of cala dor which meant it was only about 8 mins walk down to some really nice restaurants and shops. We would definately return to Casa Marions and are planning another holiday already.
