Villa Casa Belmonte is probably the most popular Majorca villa rental in our programme. Centrally situated in a quiet, high quality residential area, this Cala D’or villa is still conveniently located so close to the Cala D'or beach where you can try some excellent sailing in Majorca. The shops, restaurants and nightlife are just a 3 minute stroll away but this is no ordinary holiday villa as it is the owner’s private home for most of the year; it is the perfect property for your luxury Cala D’or holiday. The owner's cats are in residence in the garage, but are well looked after by a neighbour.

You enter the house through an attractive entrance hall and are immediately greeted with a homely feel. Ahead is the most comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with feature fireplace, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and large patio doors onto the rear terrace and pool area. The well fitted kitchen comes complete with microwave and in the circular tower there is a breakfast area. There is also a washing machine for your added convenience.

Off from the hall are two pretty air-conditioned bedrooms, one twin and one double separated by the first of the villa's bathrooms. Stairs lead to the first floor and the air-conditioned master double bedroom, which has full bathroom, with separate shower cubicle, en-suite. Patio doors open onto a large sunbathing terrace overlooking the rear of the house and pool.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

The split level gardens and terraces are a sheer delight and the lovely 8 metre pool is set in this delightful area, which has separate barbecue terrace. Living and dining outdoors here is such a pleasure.
