Tucked away in the Cala dor countryside, between the villages of Cas Concas and S'Alqueria Blanca, is villa Redona. A real gem of a villa, offering quality accommodation in a peaceful setting; this is the perfect property for those wonderful self-catering family holidays in Majorca.

This gracious Cala D’or villa is set on a hillside and surrounded by almond and olive groves and acres of beautiful countryside here you can enjoy some wonderful Majorca cycling. A winding track leads through the area up to the villa. A short drive of 10-15 minutes will bring you to many sandy coves including Cala Mondrago and the beautiful Es Trenc beach.

The main entrance to the villa is on the upper level and leads into the large, well fitted kitchen and has dishwasher and microwave. Leading off from the kitchen is the attractive dining room which has solid oak dining table and this area opens onto the front upper terrace and those wonderful views. The gracious living room is most comfortably furnished and has satellite TV, DVD player, Playstation 2 and Wi-Fi access (please bring your own computer). Triple patio doors lead onto a covered dining terrace, the perfect place for al-fresco dining both daytime and evening.

The bedroom accommodation is on the lower level of the villa. The master double bedroom has a dressing room, en-suite shower room and access onto a private sun terrace which enjoys stunning views across the countryside and over the pool. There are two twin bedrooms which share a family bathroom and each of these bedrooms has access onto a terrace. There is a cloakroom on this level and also the laundry room with washing machine. There is access to the poolside terrace and a games area with table tennis table for those that like to keep active.

Tiered terraces lead to the 10 metre pool. This area is gated off as a safety feature for children. The pool has access steps in one corner into the shallow end. The sun terraces are comfortably furnished and there's a pretty vine covered barbecue terrace with stone dining table. There is a large lawn to the front of the villa providing an area for children to play.

This is a superb villa furnished to the highest quality - one of the best Majorca holiday rentals on the market - in a most secluded and private location. Highly recommended.
