Villa Marques is a superb villa with an excellent location as is set only 60m from the sandy beach of Cala Gran and 200 metres from Cala D’Or centre that offers a wide variety of restaurants, cafeterias, shops and boutiques. In Cala D’Or area there are several sandy coves, you can practice water sports or take the glass bottom boat and visit the beautiful south-east coast of Majorca with its lovely sandy coves, charming fishing ports such as Porto Petro, Porto Colom or even the natural Park of Mondragó. The exclusive marina of Cala D’Or is 3 minutes drive and within 8 minutes drive direction Porto Colom you will find the golf course “Vall D’Or Golf”.
The villa

Villa Marques is a superb villa arranged in two levels offering a high standard accommodation; airy rooms full of natural light with comfortable furniture that invites you to relax. The villa boasts parquet floor on the ground floor and air conditioning/ heating in all the house.

The ground floor offers an airy and comfortable living room with a lovely two-sided wood-burning stove (living room and kitchen), access to the terrace and dining room with a pretty dining table. The kitchen is very spacious, well equipped with an island and a breakfast table. From the kitchen there is access to the utility room. A guest toilet and a lovely double bedroom with en-suite shower room and access to the front complete the ground floor. The first floor boast a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, dressing area, access to a large terrace overlooking the pool area and a full equipped en-suite bathroom with a corner Jacuzzi and a separate hydro massage shower. There is also a twin and a double bedroom both with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and access to its own terrace.

Outside there is a small garden at the front of the villa. The back is relaxing and quiet with a partially covered terrace overlooking the pool with a teak table and chairs to enjoy lovely “al fresco” meals; a barbecue area with a portable barbecue and a sink. The lovely pool with Roman steps (7m x 4m. Depth. 0.60min. 1.60 max) is surrounded by lawned areas with sun beds; the ideal spot to spend the long and peaceful summery days. The villa is completely fenced and there is a side drive way to park two or three cars.
