If you're looking for a Cala d'or villa that offers a 'get away from it all' position yet with modern conveniences and facilities, then villa C’an Veritat is the one for you.

Surrounded by countryside and with views to the distant hillsides and the Sant Salvador monastery. There is a sandy cove with a 15 minute walk from C’an Veritat and the centre of Cala d’or is about 5 minutes’ drive. Take a trek into the countryside and you can find some truly spectacular views whilst experiencing some fantastic walking in Majorca.

The palm tree lined driveway leads off from a quiet country lane to this superb Cala dor villa. The entrance is via the walled courtyard garden which offers a peaceful and private place for relaxation. The hallway leads into a large living/dining room which is most comfortably furnished in a rustic style yet with modern appliances including a Plasma TV, Playstation 2 and Wi-fi access (please bring your own computer). The dining area is furnished with a solid oak table. Sets of patio doors lead from here onto the poolside terrace.

The kitchen is well fitted and has a large fridge/freezer and dishwasher and breakfast table. There is a cloakroom and laundry room with washing machine, on this level also. A double bedroom with ensuite shower room is on this level and has a side door onto an enclosed courtyard.

Stairs lead to the three remaining bedrooms, a master twin bedroom, with a modern en-suite shower room, has doors onto the upper terrace and those wonderful views - the perfect place to relax and unwind with your favourite book. Two further twin bedrooms, both having ensuite shower rooms, and one has a sun terrace overlooking the courtyard garden.

The grounds are well maintained and full of mature shrubs and plants. The 10 metre pool has a Jacuzzi end and this area is well furnished for your relaxation outdoors. There is a brick built barbeque and a covered outside dining area provides an escape from the sun. There is a large lawn, ideal as a children’s play spot.
