Villa C'an Marta is an ideally located Cala d'or villa within walking distance of all the resort facilities. There's a great selection of shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk and the Cala Esmerelda beach is only 3 minutes’ walk, offering up a wide range of activites and things to do. We recommend you try some brilliant cycling in Majorca. A wonderful addition to our villas in Cala D’or, Majorca, C’an Marta is perfect for those that like to be located with easy walking distance of the resort centre.

Located in a quiet, residential area this luxury Majorca villa’s convenient position offers the perfect place for a family holiday. The living/dining area and double doors lead from here on the outside terrace and pool area. The master bedroom is on this level and has direct access onto the pool terrace. This bedroom has a king-size bed, a spacious en-suite bathroom which has a jacuzzi and separate hydro-shower. There is also a twin bedroom and separate family bathroom.

On the upper level is a further twin bedroom and this room has a small terrace and overlooks the pool. There is another twin bedroom which has access to a large terrace with views of the surrounding area and these rooms share a spacious full bathroom.

An exterior staircase leads to the fifth bedroom. This bedroom is most unusual being of a circular shape. It has a double bed and an en-suite shower room.

The outside area is furnished for al-fresco dining and relaxing. The 7 metre kidney shaped pool has Roman steps; however, please note that pool is a depth of 1.75 metres throughout. The pool area is surrounded by mature gardens.

This spectacular villa is ideal for those looking for luxury holidays in Cala d’or, Majorca with having to pay sky high prices! Great value for money, C’an Marta is highly recommended.
