Villa Four Seasons is a 6 bedroomed villa in the area of Estombar, Lagoa. The villa is approximately 550 sqm comprising of 6 bedrooms, of which 5 are en-suite, the 6th has a bathroom across the corridor.

The gallery above the large living room can sleep two teenagers in sofa beds, and in the 2 main bedrooms an additional bed can be placed. In total this property will sleep comfortably up to 16 people.

Attached to the living room we have a small bar area, ideal for a nightcap after dinner in front of the fire place. There is TV, Satellite and DVD player in the living room as well as in 4 of the bedrooms.
The living room and dining room are approximately 150 sqm and allow that even the largest families and groups of friends can find privacy inside. There are quieter areas to sit and read and larger spaces for fun and games.

The furniture has been carefully selected. While the majority is modern and new we have also several pieces dating back to the early 1800’s. Air conditioning has been installed throughout the prominent areas of the house, and so our guests will not be disturbed by either heat or cold.

The bathrooms floors are heated for extra comfort in the cooler nights. Breakfast can be enjoyed outside in the covered terraces, in front of the dinning room or just outside the living room, or the open terrace.

The house has a private small free-form pool, which can be heated, and a sauna hut. The 4 Seasons is set in total privacy in a tree grove in the middle of the estate. Just behind the house is a small pine forest and a path leading to our small animal park where you can see amongst others; algarvian goats and sheep, horses and wild dear. You could be led to believe you were on your own private reserve but, nevertheless, you are only minutes away from the closest golf courses, beaches, shopping and night life.
