Villa Quinta Grande is a private gated property set in a 2 acre estate in a private residential area close to the famous Penina Golf Hotel and the beaches and facilities at Alvor. Wonderful Algarve Country and coastal views and a real feeling of being in a exclusive hideaway or a personal resort. Lots of room for everyone to spread out with a large pool and great built in outside bar, barbecue, covered terrace, large outside leisure area and lawn and lovely garden with palms and shrubs make this a great summer entertaining house where day and night can be enjoyed al fresco. In addition to the spacious main house is a self contained one bedroom guest cottage.

Having served as a family home the villa is extremely well furnished and equipped and has many unusual features including hand painted stucco walls. The main house has an imposing entrance hall, bespoke kitchen, formal dining room and boast two lounges, family and main salon both very comfortable and with Satellite TV, DVD, books games etc, . There are 5 bedrooms (4 en suite) and a cloakroom in the main house with an additional bedroom in the cottage. With its location and generous proportions (450 m2 covered area) both inside and out this is an ideal villa for a celebration of any type or for families to share and of course for a group of golfers and friends to use as a base.

The many shopping centres of Portimao are only a few minutes away as is the new F1 track and in under 20 minutes you can be in the centre of Lagos with its many attractions.
