A sister villa to our villa Ira and located in a small cluster of holiday villas that make up the Aresti Mountain Resort in Zante. Villa Niovi is a pretty, stone built house constructed in traditional Zakynthian style and located in a most peaceful and private setting. The surrounding estate has organically grown vines, olives and other plants and our clients are encouraged to walk, or try cycling using the supplied mountain bikes, to explore and enjoy this area of the Zante countryside.

The local village of Agios Leon is less than 5 minutes’ drive by car and offers traditional Greek living in the local tavernas and small shops. A 30 minute drive will take you to Zante town and its waterfront offering further shops and restaurants for you to enjoy life on this island.

The entrance of this house leads into a pleasant open plan living/dining area with fireplace. French windows from here onto the pool terrace.. A small open plan kitchen is fully equipped. On this level is the master double bedroom which has a full bathroom en-suite. This bedroom opens onto the pool terrace. Two further bedrooms, both twins, are on the first floor and share a full bathroom.

The 8 metre pool is set amongst terraces and mature, pretty gardens and there is a children's pool for younger members of the party to enjoy. (Due to its woodland setting, barbecues are allowed here with prior notification to the owner).

Whilst the villa offers traditional Greek charm, bring your computer if you want to stay in touch with the outside world as there is the facility to use the 'internet on the go' programme. Or stay active with the mountain bikes that are provided for your use.

The picturesque village of Agios Leon has a handful of shops and there is a selection of unspoilt beaches to explore within easy driving distance of this delightful villa.

A really pretty Greek holiday villa located in a quiet countryside location. With villa Ira next door, this is ideal for larger parties looking for holidays to Zante.
