The pretty two bedroom, two-bathroom Villa Pelagia is located in an ideal position for you unique villa holidays to Kefalonia with superb views out across the resort of Skala below to the glistening Ionian Sea in the distance. Set well away from the neighbouring villas and homes thus affording peace, this property has been built to the most exacting standards. A perfect home from home for the smaller party looking for villas in the Greek Islands.

A steep driveway leads to the parking area and the front entrance opens straight into the open plan living area, which consists of a cosy lounge set around a feature fireplace. There is satellite TV (limited channels), CD player and DVD and patio doors onto the front terrace, pool and those panoramic views. A dining table then splits the living area from the well-fitted kitchen, which comes complete with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Another patio door opens from the kitchen to the terrace giving easy access for those meals 'al-fresco'. Finally on this level there is a small cloakroom with WC. Pelagia has wireless internet access available, please bring your own computer.

Stairs then lead up to the first floor and the air-conditioned accommodation. The first bedroom is a twin with bathroom en-suite, whilst the attractive master double bedroom has shower and WC en-suite. Both bedrooms have patio doors onto a large upstairs terrace, whilst the master double also boasts a balcony overlooking the pool. The views from both the terrace and balcony are simply stunning.

The villa is air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside the well-furnished terrace, with wooden pergola for shading, is delightful and the glorious 8 metre infinity pool with shallow end for children and Jacuzzi end makes the most of the villa's location and draws the eye to the distant horizon. There is a brick built barbeque for those meals outdoors whilst watching the sun setting after a perfect day in this special location.

There is a taverna within a matter of minutes’ drive from the villa offering traditional Mediterranean dishes for you to enjoy whilst savouring the superb views across the Kefalonian countryside.

For those that like to keep active whilst on holiday, there is a tennis court for your use again within a couple of minutes’ drive and bookings for the use of the court can be made at the taverna. There are also some great opportunities for hiking and cycling under the Kefalonia sun.

As this villa is reached via a mountainside lane, we recommend a car of 1600cc or larger.
