Villa Koutsoupia Description

The unique Villa Koutsoupia nestles on the hillside of Old Skala in Kefalonia and is one of a number of villas with pools here that are fortunate enough to enjoy some of the best views from this part of the island, across the surrounding countryside and out to sea. This is a truly beautiful location for those memorable villa holidays spent in the gorgeous Greek Islands.

This villa is furnished in a modern, open plan style and each of the rooms has been carefully planned so as to benefit from the superb views. You enter into the open plan kitchen, dining, lounge area and patio doors lead out from here onto the pool terrace. There is a cloakroom for added convenience and a twin room with shower room en-suite is located on this level also. This has its own doors onto the pool terrace, ideal for that early morning dip.

The kitchen has modern units and is well fitted with dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. The airy lounge area has satellite TV, DVD player and CD player for that poolside background music. There is a Playstation 2 for an escape from the sunshine.

Stairs lead to the first floor and two further bedrooms. There is a twin bedroom with full bathroom en-suite and balcony and the master double bedroom with shower room en-suite and balcony providing the ideal spot to enjoy the sunrise as you awaken and the gorgeous sun set with a glass of wine.

The 13 metre infinity pool has steps into the shallow end and a Jacuzzi. The terrace is well furnished and provides the perfect location to sit and soak up the views.

For those that like to keep active whilst on holiday, there is a nearby tennis court for the exclusive use of clients staying in the Old Skala village. There are also some fantastic opportunities to try some walking and explore the Kefalonia countryside that surrounds this property. A local taverna, with sea view terrace, provides a taste of local cuisine and there is also Wifi internet available at the taverna also.

Whilst access to the Old Skala village is along and up a tarmac road, we do recommend a car of 1600cc or above.
