Villa Nicolaos is a 5 star, luxury, seafront accommodation set in beautifully kept landscaped gardens. Positioned on the top of a cliff it overlooks the bay of Chania and the sparkling Aegean and offers stunning views out to sea with amazing picture book sunsets. It has a large, tiled,heated, infinity pool with children's area,private parking and is ideally suited for families, friends or for romantic getaways throughout the year. The villa has 4 large bedrooms which sleep 8 plus child cots if needed. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms which are supplied with bath towels and bath robes. Terraces provide quiet areas off bedrooms and a pergola covered seating and dining area offers shade with spectacular views. It is furnished throughout with luxury, high quality fittings and furniture and sports a fully equipped Gymnasium, cinema room and sauna. The villa is located in a stunning cliff top position, next to the sea, on the edge of the beautiful Akrotiri peninsula in western Crete in Greece. The villa is a 20 minute drive from the historic Venetian city of Chania, known as 'little Venice' and a 15 minute drive from the airport. It boasts amazing sunset views across the bay of Chania and the Aegean sea with numerous quiet, 'blue flag awarded' golden sandy beaches nearby. The beautiful beaches of Tersanas, Kalathas and Stavros are a few minutes away from the villa and all have lovely fish restaurants and beach bars. Stavros is a beautiful cove with a small harbour and where the Oscar winning 'Zorba the Greek' movie was filmed. The area is perfect for relaxing and has many monasteries and caves waiting to be explored in the mountain range which runs along the length of the peninsular. There are plenty of local supermarkets, restaurants and bars offering international cuisine with horse riding, sailing and scuba diving nearby.
