Ella I, built in 2007, is approached by a private road and set within its own grounds. It was designed by a well known Greek architect, as a complex of four separate low lying houses. The design is such that the entire complex can be easily organised and run either as one establishment capable of accommodating comfortably some 25 people or alternatively, it can easily be organised as two completely separate and private villas, each with their own adjoining discrete guest houses. The buildings are set within a garden designed and laid down in 2008 by Philippe Niez an eminent French gardener.

The villa is located within its own grounds on a south facing, low lying peninsula of a small Aegean island called Antiparos, which lies at the very centre of the Cyclades archipelago of some 30 islands south of Athens, Greece. The peninsula has been designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. Cycladic islands have different personalities and all can be reached within a few hours, at the most, from Antiparos.

Antiparos is known for its simplicity, natural beauty, isolated beaches, safety and understatement. As an international destination it is extremely popular as a discrete family retreat.
