Just around the corner from Villa Aroha,

Set in a valley in the quiet Karsiyaka countryside, Villa Witsend commands far reaching views of the surrounding fields and orchards and backs onto open fields. It is around a five minute drive to the local shops and restaurants, and a 6/7 minute drive to the beach. Just a 2 minute walk from this property will lead you to a pebbly beach, however a little gem of a sandy beach with beach bar/cafe is less than 10 minutes walk away too. A 20% Discount Card for Sunset Beach Club in Lapta – for sun bathing, eating, water sports etc. This is truly a beautiful family holiday home. Through the front door you enter the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, which is bright and airy, and is furnished to a high standard.

The lounge is very comfortably furnished with a fabric suite, and many pictures done by a local artist. There is a large flat screen Satellite TV, portable iPod, music system, DVD player with over 500 DVD’s, Nintendo DS with games, game boy with games, 2 in house mobile phones and a dongle for wifi (with instructions for topping up both) and an open fire, 2 sets of patio doors lead onto a large fully furnished with solid rustic wooden furniture covered terrace, which has draw curtains for shade on those hot afternoons. This terrace is gated from the pool for child safety. There are free standing fans in this area. Of course the property is also a wonder adult environment with plenty of different places to either catch the sun or sit and relax in the shade with a book. Even the roof terrace is fully equipped with A table 4 chairs and 2 reclining chairs and parasol. There is also a sun canopy. This is an excellent spot to catch the early evening breeze and sunset.

The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, water cooler, fridge freezer, steamer, slow cooker, food processor etc etc, all that you need for a home from home holiday.

A corridor leads from the dining area to a guest toilet and:- The master bedroom which is a double with satellite TV. And DVD player has En-Suite Wet room, Mosquito net over the bed and patio doors which lead onto the pool terrace and gardens, and is air conditioned.

Bedroom 2 is a twin which has mosquito nets, and is air conditioned.

Bedroom 3 is a double with air conditioning and a mosquito net.

There is a family bathroom adjacent to these bedrooms.

Up a flight of stairs takes you to the roof terrace, there is a small kitchenette with sink and units, there is a table and chairs, sun beds and an awning if shade is required.

The 8 x 4 (1M – 2M) with roman steps is set at the back of the property and has ample room for sun bathing, the gardens are well established mostly shingle with mature shrubs, there is a hammock and large scatter cushions for your added comfort. There is a brick built BBQ is set by the pool terrace.
