Villa Sunshine Description

This beautiful villa nestles in the foothills of the Kyrenia Mountains close to Zeytinlik Village and a short (approx 7 mins) drive to Kyrenia with its beautiful harbour, castle and many restaurants.

The villa is accessible for people with limited mobility from the front and side entrances with some steps leading down to the private pool at the rear.

Zeytin Sayfesi is situated amongst pretty well matured gardens which offer peace and privacy. There are terraces on three sides of the villa which provide ample space to relax and enjoy the Cypriot Sunshine. Garden furniture is at hand and a BBQ enables you dine outdoors.

As you arrive at the villa you appreciate the quality of this house, walking to the front door you firstly reach a pretty little court yard style area which is a covered area and well furnished with a solid wooden table and chairs. Off from the hall way is the comfortably furnished lounge with both leather and fabric sofas and occasional tables, satellite TV, DVD player, open fire place, a set of doors leads out onto a furnished patio area and the pool terrace. The kitchen is solid dark oak and has an electric oven and gas hob, dish washer, microwave, fridge freezer, and water machine.There is a utility room which houses a washing machine, fitted units and a sink.

The hallway leads to the first of the villas bedrooms which is a master double room with leather sofa, walk in dressing room and full bathroom en-suite. A twin and double bedroom complete the accomodation and they share the family shower room.

At the back of the villa is the completely private 8 x 4 (1 -2M in depth) swimming pool with roman steps, there is ample sun bathing terraces, and a brick built BBQ, there is an arched wall at the side of the pool with steps which led down to a secret well established garden.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout for your added comfort.

There is a dongle left at the house which is for wifi, clients are left instructions on how to top this up ( a cost of approx 6 sterling)
