From the villa you can walk into the village, where there is a large local supermarket, and several tavernas, the nearest beach is just a five minute drive.

A most imposing house, having beautiful sea views, completely private set in a very large plot of mature gardens offering complete privacy, a very light and airy home, with a round tower incorporating spacious open-plan living and dining room with high vaulted ceilings. The villa boasts stunning, unobstructed views over a vineyard to the West, mountains to the south and sea to the north, all of which can be enjoyed from 3 different terraces for 'al fresco' dining or just relaxing with a drink. Mature landscaped walled garden all around the property. All the terraces areas are fenced and gated from the pool offering peace of mind for family holidays with younger children.

The mature landscaped large gardens with many exotic plants and grass/patio areas surround the private 10m x 5m overflow swimming pool with ladder and roman steps. There is an outdoor shower.
The lounge has ceiling fans and is very comfortably furnished with large flat screen Satellite TV, DVD player, music system, plenty of CD’s and a central open fire, the dining room has a solid wood dining table and chairs, patio doors lead onto a bamboo furnished terrace, and a side door which leads onto further furnished terrace, the beautiful fully fitted Shaker style kitchen has all amenities, including cooker, washing machine, tumble drier, dishwasher, water cooler, fridge freezer, and microwave.

A corridor leads down to a family bathroom and the bedrooms, the first is a pretty twin room which has patio doors leading onto the front terrace and pool area, the other two bedrooms are doubles with patio doors leading out to the front garden, both of these rooms have en-suite shower rooms. (All the beds are covered by mosquito nets)
