This spacious three bedroom villa, which is finished to the highest specification, has an interior of contemporary design with furnishings carefully selected to compliment the high timber ceilings and large windows giving a feeling of space and light. The open plan living area is furnished with comfortable sofas with entertainment being provided by the television with home cinema package and a selection of satellite channels, DVD player, Playstation 3 and full size pool table.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a microwave and dishwasher. The washing machine and tumble dryer is housed in the adjacent utility room and there is a dining table comfortably seating 8.
An inner hallway leads from the living area to the three bedrooms, two twin bedrooms and a master double bedroom.
