Villa Stefanos Description
A very welcome addition to our Cyprus programme is Villa Stephanos. A stunning Coral Bay property that would not be out of place on the hillsides of Hollywood! It is the height of modern living and offers a high standard of fixtures and fittings throughout the property.
Villa Stephanos is reached along a very private, tree lined and spotlit driveway. It is tucked away on a very large plot and surrounded by Mandora and conifer trees and so offering complete privacy.
The entrance door leads into a large spacious hallway and off from here is the guest cloakroom and a small utility room with washing machine. Off from the hallway is the first of the three air-conditioned bedrooms, a twin with en-suite walk-in shower which has a frosted glass wall. Patio doors lead off from this bedroom onto a balcony overlooking the garden.
The spacious and airy kitchen/dining room is fitted with the most modern appliances including dishwasher and microwave. Large patio doors on two sides of the kitchen open onto the garden area and pool terraces for that outside dining.
An inner hallway leads into the most comfortably lounge which has satellite TV, DVD player and Sony Playstation 2 for your added enjoyment. Wireless internet is also available, please bring your own computer.
Stairs lead up to a galleried landing and two further bedrooms. There is a double bedded room with en-suite shower room with walk-in shower with frosted glass wall. This room opens onto a small balcony with overlooks the pool and gardens. The master bedroom has a full bathroom en-suite again with frosted glass wall and patio doors lead onto a small balcony which overlooks the orchards surrounding the grounds.
The freeform pool has steps into the corner of the pool, however the shallow end is 1.5 metres and has a deep area in the middle of the pool of 3 metres. To the side of the pool is a jacuzzi for you to relax in and enjoy as you take in the lovely sights and glorious sunshine.
The grounds of this Cyprus villa rental are most spacious indeed and provide both decked and terraced areas for sitting and dining outdoors and enjoying the peace and privacy that this beautiful villa provides. There is a canvas pergola for shade from the Cypriot sunshine and a brick built barbecue for poolside dining under the beautiful moonlit sky.
There are plenty of things to do in and around the area; try cycling and bird watching in the countryside or sailing and snorkelling in the sea.

This was our first villa holiday and what a fantastic choice we made. Cyprus was an amazing place and the villa matched every expectation we had.
On our arrival, the imposing front gates and driveway set the scene - the villa was clean, beautiful and the ultimate in luxury.
We were set in our own private orchards where we weren't overlooked. There was a restaurant a short walk up the road and the resort of Coral Bay was a short drive - perfect! My family and I loved the villa with it's lush, modern interior and fabulous pool, we were in it until 11pm some nights. It was great for the little ones as the kitchen and lounge both led straight to the pool area, so it was very safe with no steep steps down from the property and we had a great view of them when preparing meals, etc. The pool itself was lit, had a jacuzzi and Roman steps, which again are very child friendly!
The Villa select representative Linda was friendly and was there when we needed without invading our holiday.
A superb choice by us and we will visit again!

Superb Villa,in a private and relaxing location. Very large plot with an orchard of lemon trees,and close to all tavernas and restaurants in Coral Bay.The rep, Linda was always there when we needed her, which was not often.She was excellant. Can recommend the local restaurant in Peyia, NEOS, plus for a typical Cyprus evening taverna,then Yiannis in Kathikas is the place to go.
On the negative side,the superb gardens adjacent to the property,need a little T.L.C. Has the gardner gone on strike? When we left on the 6th October,the lawns around the pool were at least 1 foot high!and the shrubs were in urgent need of attention.That said we would certainly consider a return next year.
