Villa Description

Villa Serena is a newly constructed villa built in a traditional style and is located in a quiet area amidst vineyards and orange groves, offering beautiful views over the surrounding area and distant hills.

The entrance hallway leads into the spacious, fully air-conditioned open-plan living/dining area and this is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player and internet (please bring your own computer)and large dining table. The superb kitchen with hand-made cabinets and granite work surfaces provides all modern conveniences including dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

On the ground floor are two bedrooms, one double with en-suite shower room and a twin room with adjacent elegant bathroom with Jacuzzi corner bath.

Upstairs, the master double bedroom has a separate dressing area with fitted wardrobes and an en-suite full bathroom. Patio doors open directly onto the large, furnished upper terrace which has panoramic views over the citrus groves, vineyards and rolling countryside. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, en-suite shower room and access to the upper terrace.

Outside, the 10 metre pool with walk-in steps takes pride of place on the terrace. This has the added benefit of being heated (there is a charge of 50 Euros per day, payable locally, however, please book this before your UK departure in order for the pool to be heated for your arrival). There is a lawned garden to the side of this area and this area is well furnished for outdoor dining.

Reached via a flight of steps from the pool area is a separate games room/gymnasium, with a pool table and gym equipment.
