Villa Description

This pretty family villa is located in a cluster of other villas and is superbly positioned on the coastline with the traditional Menorcan village of Binibeca Vell just a 'stone's throw' from the villa.

Villa Bonita is entered via a covered porch into a light and airy open plan lounge/diner. This is comfortably furnished and has satellite TV, DVD player and a Wii console for your added entertainment (supplied with 1 controller, please bring your own games). Large patio doors open from here onto the pool terrace and the furnished outside dining area.

An inner hallway leads to the master air-conditioned twin bedroom which has an adjacent shower room and the second bedroom is also a twin and has a portable fan and a full bathroom adjacent.

The garden has a hedged boundary and the 6 metre pool is surrounded by lawned gardens. An ideal spot for relaxing in the Menorcan sunshine and for al-fresco dining from the brick built barbecue. An additional bonus of this villa is that there is a gated access to the rocky coastline and the sea.

An ideal villa for the small family and ideally placed within easy walking distance of the village of Binibeca Vell.
