Villa Description

Located in the pretty area of Arenal den Castell in the north of the island, villa Samana is within a 20 minute stroll of the resort shops and restaurants. This villa is a stroll from the horseshoe shaped bay which has a beautiful sandy beach and shallow waters and this area is an ideal holiday resort for families. For any golfers in the party, the golf course at the neighbouring resort of Son Parc is only a short drive from here. Mahon, with its seafront restaurants and windy, narrow streets is only 12 miles from here.

In a quiet, residential area, villa Samana provides the perfect location for a peaceful family holiday yet within easy reach of all the resort facilities.

Off from the entrance hall is the bright and airy lounge/dining room which opens out onto the poolside terrace. The compact kitchen leads off from the dining area.

With its own patio leading onto the garden, the master bedroom has a double bed and full bathroom en-suite. Two further twin bedrooms share a shower room. As well as being air-conditioned, the bedrooms have central heating for your additional comfort for those early and late season lets.

The 8 metre kidney shaped pool has Roman steps into the shallow end and is located at the front of the villa and from this terrace, one can enjoy the views towards the resort. Complete with barbecue, this area provides the perfect spot to relax and enjoy outside dining in the Menorcan sunshine.

There is a ramp access to the villa from the street and being a bungalow style property, this villa is suitable for those with walking difficulties, however, there are no specific disabled facilities available.

With villa Saona next door, these two villas are the perfect choice for two families or groups of friends holidaying together.
