Villa Description

Located in the pretty area of Arenal den Castell in the north of the island, villa Jose is within a 20 minute stroll of the resort shops and restaurants. This villa is only 2 minutes walk from the horseshoe shaped bay which has a beautiful sandy beach and shallow waters and this area is an ideal holiday resort for families. For any golfers in the party, the golf course at the neighbouring resort of Son Parc is only a short drive away. Mahon, with its seafront restaurants and windy, narrow streets is only 12 miles from here.

Villa Jose is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on the fringes of the pine forest which leads to the beach. Steps lead upto the welcoming entrance and this opens into the comfortably furnished lounge/dining room which has satellite TV and DVD player. Patio doors lead out onto a large, well furnished terrace overlooking the pool and pine forest.

Off from the lounge, the hallway leads to the bedrooms. The air-conditioned master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and this has patio doors leading onto the front balcony, an ideal spot to sit and enjoy a morning cup of tea or pre-dinner glass of wine. There are two further pretty bedrooms (one with air-conditioning), both twins and these share the family bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped and has dishwasher and microwave and leads conveniently onto the outside terrace where the 9 metre pool, with steps into the shallow end, is located and this area is surrounded by fencing and mature trees for privacy.

Villa Jose is a perfect family villa for those that wish to be within a 'stones throw' of the beach and within strolling distance of the resort facilities although we do recommend car hire for access to more restaurants and to see more of this pretty island.
