Villa Description

This modern, stylish apartment is located on the beach road which leads directly into the port of Pollensa and is only a 20 minute stroll from the shops and restaurants of the resort centre. Ideal for those not wishing to hire a car on holiday, Esperanza is only a 'stone's throw' from the sandy beach. What a wonderful position to enjoy sea views from the front of the apartment and mountain views from the rear.

Reached via it's own outside staircase, the entrance hallway leads into the attractive lounge/dining room, with satellite TV and DVD player and this bright and airy room has large floor to ceiling windows to make the most of its stunning sea views. These lead out onto a large balcony which is comfortably furnished and is an ideal spot for enjoying the panoramic views across the Pollensa bay.

Off from the lounge is the well fitted kitchen which benefits from dishwasher and microwave and there is a washing machine in the adjoining laundry room.

At the rear of the apartment are the three bedrooms. There is a twin and double bedroom which share a balcony with mountain views, an ideal spot to enjoy a morning cup of tea or an evening glass of wine. There is a further twin bedroom and two bathrooms, one being a shower room and the other being a full bathroom.

A lovely bright and modern apartment furnished in a minimalist style yet offering every comfort for you to relax and enjoy your holiday here. A new addition to our summer 2010 programme and being in a much sought after location, early booking is recommended.
