Villa Description

Villa Cynthia is set just off the road leading to the Akamas National Park and is one of the last houses before the protected area commences. Although the road to the property is well made, if clients wish to explore this area further then a four wheel drive vehicle is recommended. The area around is very quiet and private and the villa boasts undisturbed terrain and glorious extensive sea views from all corners. The taverna at St George is just half a mile away and the larger resort of Coral Bay is no more than a ten minute drive.

This beautiful house is surrounded by enclosed gardens and extensive terraces. There are lovely archways, which adorn the front terrace, simply a great place to admire the glorious views and appreciate the gentle sea breezes.

You enter the villa via impressive double doors and into a small entrance lobby which in turn leads to the cool, attractive lounge. This is furnished in the most opulent style with comfy settees and chair and boasts feature fireplace, satellite TV (limited channels), video player and CD player. The room is decorated in cool, calming shades of cream and dusky pink. Two large picture windows face to the Akamas and patio doors lead directly onto the front terrace. The separate well fitted kitchen in natural wood leads off from this area and has dishwasher, washing machine and microwave.

From the entrance lobby there is a cloakroom with washbasin and W.C. A marble staircase then leads to the first floor and a spacious landing. Patio doors open from here onto the spacious upper terrace from where you can fully appreciate the views that abound.

The master bedroom is very well furnished with Italian furniture. It has a double bed, dressing area, beautifully tiled en-suite bathroom and two picture windows to the front of the property plus a patio door to a rear balcony. The second bedroom is a twin and most tastefully furnished, having two large windows and patio door to yet another balcony. The third bedroom, again a twin, has views to three sides of the property and access to the large upper terrace. A full family bathroom separates these two twin rooms.

Outside the 9 metre rectangular pool is surrounded by spacious sun terraces with barbecue and there is ample patio furniture for relaxing and dining outdoors.

Villa Cynthia belongs to the same group as the Cynthiana Beach hotel which is an established and highly reputable hotel situated only 15 minutes drive from the villa. Guests staying at villa Cynthia can use the following hotel facilities at no additional charge: gym room, tennis court, table tennis, billiards and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
