Villa Description

Peacefully situated along a country lane, this charming Mallorcan style bungalow property is still only a few miles from the shops, bars and restaurants of Pollensa and a short drive from the beaches of Port de Pollensa.

A shady, covered terrace runs along the front of the house looking out across the lawn to the countryside beyond. The swimming pool lies to one side of this terrace and boasts lovely views over the countryside to the tree-clad mountains.

The poolside terrace is fringed by lemon and lime trees and offers a wonderful place to soak up the sun.

From the covered terrace you enter the property directly into an open-plan living area with small lounge and modern kitchen with dining area. The living area is air-conditioned and in a property of this size one air-conditioning unit cools the entire property effectively. Off the living area is a pretty twin bedroom with shower room adjacent.

A perfect villa for couples to relax and enjoy the peaceful Mallorcan countryside.
