Villa Description

Villa Remos is situated in the exclusive Binibeca Vell area of Southern Menorca, surrounded by extensive gardens with lawns and palm trees, making it a very quiet and private place to relax and enjoy the Menorca sun.

Contemporary style and light colours have been used throughout the villa, to give a sense of space in every room. The property is accessed through the garden, into the entrance hall and then the dining and sitting area with views to the pool and garden. The kitchen is also off the hall.

A short corridor leads to the first bathroom and three bedrooms - one a twin overlooking the pool, the second also a twin with patio doors to the garden and pool and master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the garden area.

Outside the covered terrace lies beside the pool and is the focal point for enjoying those balmy Menorcan evenings, dining al fresco and perhaps using the barbecue offered for your added enjoyment.
