Villa Description

This modernly furnished villa is situated on a corner plot in a residential area of Binisafua. So conveniently positioned with the beach and a nearby restaurant only 10 minutes walk away and within a 10 minute drive there is a larger selection of shops and restaurants available.

To the front of the villa lies the pool and brick built barbecue set amongst a comfortably furnished covered terrace. The brightly coloured lounge has large patio doors leading onto the front terrace and pool area and off from the lounge is the modern kitchen fully fitted with all modern conveniences.

Off from the lounge are two attractive twin bedrooms that share a shower room. Upstairs is the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and dressing room and a small terrace overlooking the pool.

A most comfortable villa and a welcome addition to our Menorca programme. The only slight drawback of this villa is the occasional aircraft noise.

If you require a cot during your stay, this can be arranged at a small charge of £35 per week and is supplied with the cot linen. A highchair can be rented at £22 per week.
