Villa Description

This superb property located high on a hillside just 3 miles east from Rethymnon really does live up to its name. The views forward from both levels of this large gracious villa are simply stunning and overlook the countryside below and the coastline as far as the eye can see in the distance. The villa is reached via a quiet country lane and from the parking area the pathway leads over the front garden, planted with tropical shrubs and trees, to the main entrance. As you enter the villa you cannot help but be impressed by the sheer spaciousness, attractive tiling and homely features of the house. It is the private home of the owners during the winter season and so there is great attention to detail and many private artefacts.

The most comfortably furnished lounge has leather suites, feature fireplace, large satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD. Patio doors open out onto a well-furnished spacious balcony overlooking the pool and those amazing views and a perfect place to sit, read and relax. To the left of the house is a well-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and dining table. Doors lead from here onto the front balcony and there is an outside dining table for 8 persons for your added enjoyment. Finally on this level is a very pretty family bathroom.

Stairs then lead down to the bedroom accommodation, which is located on the ground floor. There are two pretty twin air-conditioned bedrooms, each having patio doors onto the pool terrace and adjacent to these is a full family bathroom, with hairdryer and Jacuzzi bath. The remaining two bedrooms are both air-conditioned doubles. The first has patio doors to a side terrace, whilst the second has patio doors onto the front pool terrace and these bedrooms have a newly created large shower room with WC adjacent. There is also a washing machine located here.

All bedrooms are air conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside there is a small lawned area between the villa and the pool and a table tennis is to be found for your added enjoyment. The superb 12 metre pool takes pride of place to the front of the villa, has steps into a shallow end and there is also an adjoining children's pool, which has a constant depth of 60cm. Villa Panorama is really designed for outside living and the "jewel in the crown" is the large covered barbeque area to one side of the pool, which boasts Kleftico oven, brick built barbeque and dining for eight.
