Villa Description

Most conveniently located on the ridge behind the Gale road and boasting lovely views across to the sea in the distance. A short quiet twisty lane leads up to the villa past other detached properties, as this residential area is one of the most exclusive on this part of the Algarve. The principal supermarket of the area, plus a selection of restaurants are located at the bottom of the lane and the beaches of Castelo and Gale are no more than a 7 minute drive away.

The villa has been completely renovated and refurbished by its current owners to a very high standard. The front entrance is reached from the parking area by a few steps and then into a well furnished lounge/dining room, which has satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player. Patio doors open out onto a terrace overlooking the garden and views south over open countryside.

The very attractive kitchen is well fitted with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. There is direct access from the kitchen to a small private internal barbecue courtyard, which is just ideal for those meals outdoors.

An inner hall leads to two pretty air-conditioned bedrooms; the first bedroom is a double and has bathroom en-suite, whilst the second bedroom is a twin and has shower room with WC adjacent. The third bedroom is a pretty twin, with air-conditioning and this has bathroom en-suite. Steps lead up to a landing, off from which patio doors lead out to the pool terrace, which is situated to the rear of the villa for greater privacy.

The master bedroom suite is located on the first floor of the villa and consists of a spacious air-conditioned double bedded room with full bathroom. There is access to a wonderful roof terrace affording panoramic views of the coast and surrounding countryside and this is also a perfect place for that private sunbathing.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside the new 10 metre pool, which has a separate children's pool is situated to the rear of the villa and is surrounded by well furnished spacious terraces, just ideal for sitting, relaxing and soaking up the Algarve sunshine.

A really lovely family villa so close to a great selection of beaches, restaurants, a golf course and all the amenities that this beautiful part of the Algarve coastline has to offer.

Due to the high standard of fixtures and fittings at this property, there is a £200 inventory deposit payable on this property.
