Villa Description

This family villa stands in a most exclusive residential area and close to the old church in the centre of Cala D'or. The beaches, shops, restaurants and nightlife are just a couple of minutes stroll away, as is the exclusive marina with yet more eating places and just a 5 minute stroll down the hill.

Inside Casa Margarita resembles something straight out of "Ideal Homes" magazine! It is of very modern design and boasts high quality furniture and fittings not normally associated with villas available on the rental market.

The entrance hall leads into a large formal lounge with leather sofas and from here a staircase leads up to an open plan glass gallery, which gives views from the lounge up to the first floor and vice versa. To the right of this lounge area is a comfortably furnished and air-conditioned snug, which has large digital satellite TV (limited English channels) and DVD player. The formal dining room leads on from the lounge and has large patio doors giving direct access to the outside garden and pool area. A beautifully fitted kitchen is found to the left, is open plan in design and has dishwasher and microwave, whilst the washing machine is situated in the utility for your added convenience. Finally there is a shower room with WC, which has both access to the house and pool area for use in the day.

On this ground floor level are two of the villas five air-conditioned bedrooms. The first is a pretty twin and this has a shower room with WC adjacent, whilst the second bedroom is a double and has full bathroom en-suite. Stairs lead up from the lounge to the first floor and leading off from the gallery is the master double bedroom, which has a small terrace with views of the pool and an attractive full bathroom en-suite. The remaining two bedrooms are twins and these both have shower room with WC en-suite. As with the rest of the house the furniture and fabrics in all of the bedrooms are of the highest quality. Finally on this level there is a large terrace, which faces the front of the villa and is an ideal spot to sit, relax or read away from the hustle and bustle of the pool area.

The bedrooms and snug lounge are air-conditioned throughout for your added benefit.

Outside the 10 metre kidney-shaped pool with shallow end for children sits amongst sun terraces, which are well furnished with loungers for those lazy days in the sunshine. There is also a covered terrace area with outside dining table and a brick built barbeque for those meals al-fresco.

A really exceptional large family villa so close to all the amenities of Cala D'or and early booking is highly recommended.
