Villa Description

We are really delighted to be able to offer this charming villa in the much sought after area of Punta Prima on the south coast of the island. A mini resort in its own right and boasts possibly one of the finest sandy beaches and Caribbean style turquoise seas in the area. There are a small selection of restaurants and a supermarket, whilst the nearby resorts of Binibeca and S'Algar are no more than a 10 minute drive away.

Casa Llimpa is front line, and next door to our villa Sa Cova, and boasts the most fabulous sea views and is perched in an elevated position above the rocks at the entrance to Punta Prima Bay. A short 5-7 minute walk brings you to the beach and resort centre. Steps lead down from the service road to the front of the property and you enter the house into a small circular hallway. An inner hall leads to a pretty twin and double bedroom, both having large picture windows to the front of the property and those glorious views. These two rooms share an attractively tiled family bathroom.

The lounge/dining room is a sheer delight and boasts the magnificent sea views from its floor to ceiling patio windows on two sides. The room is comfortably furnished and has digital satellite TV (limited English Channels including BBC) and DVD player. Doors open out onto the front terrace which is a magnet for sitting, relaxing or dining al-fresco. Off from the dining area is the kitchen which, whilst compact, offers an American style fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. A washing machine is located in the adjacent laundry.

An attractive open sided staircase leads up from the hall to the first floor and the master double bedroom with full bathroom en-suite and patio doors onto a large private balcony. This is a delightful room with wood flooring and once again it captures the panoramic views of the sea.

All bedrooms are air conditioned for your added benefit.

Steps lead down from the front terrace to the lower pool level where the 9 metre swimming pool with roman steps into a shallow end for children is situated. The pool is surrounded by a lawned area and ample terraces for soaking up the Menorcan sunshine. A gated front entrance then leads across a public footpath to the rocks and sea below for those clients who like snorkelling and rock bathing.

A really special family villa for those clients who wish to holiday literally on the seaside.

If you require a cot during your stay, this can be arranged at a small charge of £35 per week and is supplied with the cot linen. A highchair can be rented at £22 per week.
