Villa Description

Most conveniently situated a few doors down from our villa Maria in one of the most prestigious roads in San Jaime, which really is 'the area' to stay at Son Bou. The views from the terraces towards the beach and sea are simply superb and the resort centre is no more than a 10 minute walk down the hill.

This delightful villa offers really spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels. The living accommodation being on the top floor of the villa ensuring that the views are maximised from every corner.

You enter the house into an entrance hall with cloakroom and WC. This in turn leads into the comfortably furnished lounge/dining room with feature fireplace, satellite TV (limited channels) and DVD player. Large patio doors lead out onto both open and covered terraces, a perfect spot for al-fresco dining whilst taking in the lovely views to the coast. The adjacent kitchen is well fitted and has dishwasher and microwave.

A spiral staircase accesses the ground floor and here are to be found the three pretty bedrooms. The master double has four-poster bed, bathroom en-suite and patio doors open out onto the front terrace. The remaining two bedrooms are twins, each with patio doors onto the front terrace and these share the family bathroom. There is also a utility room with washing machine on this level.

Steps then lead down to the pool, garden and sun terraces, which are gated for families with young children. This is the focal point of this lovely villa and taking pride of place is the large 12 metre pool which has Roman steps into a shallow end for children. There is a super brick built barbeque and a Jacuzzi for your added pleasure.

On the pool level also is a kitchen area with dishwasher, sink and fridge for keeping those poolside drinks chilled! This really does make this area even more ideal for living and dining outdoors. A cloakroom is located poolside also and for those that want a short escape from the sun, a pool table is located here for your added enjoyment (coin operated, 1 Euro per game).

If you can tear yourselves away from the villa that offers everything, the beautiful unspoilt beaches of Son Bou and the many amenities that the resort has to offer are only a short walk away.

A really special villa in an excellent location for the smaller family.

If you require a cot during your stay, this can be arranged at a small charge of £35 per week and is supplied with the cot linen. A highchair can be rented at £22 per week.
