Villa Description

In a most perfect position, some 250 yards along the Pine Walk, this first floor, 3 bedroom apartment is always so very popular with our clients looking for value for money accommodation.

The large upstairs terrace is a real suntrap and directly overlooks the beach and sea below. It is nicely furnished for dining and living outdoors and catches the sun all morning, but offers shade during late afternoon and early evening.

The comfortable Spanish style lounge/dining room opens directly onto the front terrace and there is a simply fitted kitchen with washing machine.

The first of the two twin bedded rooms is to the front of the apartment and also opens out via patio doors onto the front terrace. There is a second twin and a third bedroom which is a small twin. A shower room services this spacious apartment, whilst a further shower room with WC is available off the rear terrace.

A really well priced apartment in a prime position, so convenient for everything Port de Pollensa has to offer. Early booking is recommended.
