Villa Description

This superb two bedroom property is situated under the Puig Maria, and is within a 15 minute walk of the old town of Pollensa. Perched on the side of the hill above the Pollensa road with fabulous views across to the old town in the distance.

For a two bedroomed house it is large to say the least and the beautiful 11 metre pool with Roman steps to the shallow end for children takes pride of place to the front of the property and catches the sun almost all day through. There is a brick built barbeque for your added enjoyment.

A feature of this lovely house is the large covered terrace with stone columns overlooking the pool and just made for living and dining outdoors. The lounge/dining room, which is most comfortably furnished is reached from the front terrace and has air-conditioning, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and music centre for your enjoyment. There is a cloakroom with WC and an attractively fitted kitchen leads off from the dining area and has washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. A door leads from the kitchen to the front terrace for easy access.

Stairs lead from the lounge up to the first floor and the two air-conditioned bedrooms. There is a very pretty twin with sloping beamed ceiling a gracious double with a pretty family bathroom adjacent.

The owners take great pride in the up keep of this pretty family villa. In the evening with the lights of the old town of Pollensa in the distance, there is not a nicer spot to sit than under its large covered terrace overlooking the pool and to enjoy al-fresco dining. A really outstanding stone villa and a very popular choice for the smaller party.
