Villa Description

Situated in a very quiet, private area of 'La Font', it is only a five minute drive to the old town of Pollensa and ten minutes from the beach and the Port.

The owner has been meticulous in its construction and everything is of the finest quality. The front entrance leads directly into the comfortable lounge with vaulted ceiling, feature wood burning stove, satellite TV (limited channels), DVD player and comfortable wicker furniture. An attractive arched entrance leads to the inner hall and the beautifully fitted kitchen/dining room with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. Patio doors lead to the rear covered barbeque terrace, gardens and pool.

Off from the inner hall is the first of the villa's air-conditioned bedrooms, a twin with full bathroom adjacent.

The feature staircase leads from the lounge up to the first floor which contains the very large master air-conditioned twin bedroom with patio doors onto a large terrace overlooking the pool. This suite is complemented by its own well fitted en-suite bathroom.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside the 8 metre pool is set in well kept colourful gardens which are private and quite secluded.
