Villa Description

This very substantial Spanish family home is set amongst extensive lawned gardens, just a few hundred yards from the sea in a quiet residential area of Binisafua. High hedges fully screen this little oasis and a particular feature of this villa is the totally fenced in pool area, a great safety feature for families with young children.

The front patio is the focal point of this house and affords comfortable lounge type seating for relaxing in the shade and is further complemented by a large outside dining table and brick built barbecue for those meals al-fresco.

The living accommodation is reached from the front terrace and into the open plan lounge which is comfortably furnished and has large TV with Sky digital satellite facility (freeview English channels), DVD player and ceiling fan. The remainder of the living area is also open-plan with a dining area and kitchen split by a breakfast bar unit. The kitchen is well fitted in Spanish style with microwave. A dishwasher is located in the pantry. There is a separate laundry with washing machine.

An inner hall leads to the air-conditioned bedroom accommodation. There are two twin bedrooms, the twin to the front of the house having ceiling fan. The full family bathroom has both bath and walk-in shower and is adjacent to these two bedrooms. The master bedroom is also a twin and this has full bathroom en-suite.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

The large 9 metre swimming pool is safely fenced off from the rest of the garden and has Roman steps to the shallow end for children. To the rear of the pool area there is a terraced area and the large garden is an absolute delight.

Casa Nieves is a really great holiday venue for families, particularly with small children.

If you require a cot during your stay, this can be arranged at a small charge of £35 per week and is supplied with the cot linen. A highchair can be rented at £22 per week.
