Villa Description

What a stunning property Casa Dionisio has turned out to be. Situated in lovely lawned gardens and next door to our villa Segunda and in the same exclusive area of Balaia and close to the picturesque fishing village of Olhos D'Agua. This is a very grand villa indeed! The rooms are very large and airy, plus the villa boasts views from its upstairs terraces across the nearby golf course and towards the Calderao Mountains.

The front entrance is reached over an impressive driveway and through the extensive gardens and patio. You enter the house into a most imposing hallway and off from this radiates the ground floor accommodation. The most comfortably furnished lounge/dining room has patio doors onto the side terrace, feature fireplace, digital satellite TV (limited English channels) DVD player and music system. There is a shady terrace to the side of the house, which leads onto a small lawn. The kitchen is well fitted and has large breakfast table for 8 and comes complete with dishwasher and microwave. A door leads out to the rear barbecue terrace and there is also a laundry with washing machine.

There are two air-conditioned bedrooms on the ground floor level, a pretty double and a twin and these share a full family bathroom.

A most attractive staircase leads up to the landing, which has sitting area with cane furniture and off from which patio doors lead to a good sized terrace, ideal for private sunbathing. Off from this landing also, is the second pretty air-conditioned twin bedroom, full bathroom en-suite with patio doors onto a small balcony. The well furnished master air-conditioned double bedroom, which has dressing area and full bathroom en-suite. Patio doors lead to a small terrace affording those lovely views to the surrounding area.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned for your added benefit.

Outside the superb 9 metre swimming pool with shallow end for children and this takes pride of place amongst extensive sun terraces and lawns. This area is well furnished for living and dining outdoors and there is a brick built barbecue and table tennis table for your added enjoyment.

A most impressive family villa so conveniently situated and no more than a 10 minute drive from the lovely beaches and all that the resorts of Praia D'Oura and Albufeira have to offer.
