Just around the corner from Villa Aroha,

Set in a valley in the quiet Karsiyaka countryside, Villa Witsend commands far reaching views of the surrounding fields and orchards and backs onto open fields. It is around a five minute drive to the local shops and restaurants, and a 6/7 minute drive to the beach. Just a 2 minute walk from this property will lead you to a pebbly beach, however a little gem of a sandy beach with beach bar/cafe is less than 10 minutes walk away too. A 20% Discount Card for Sunset Beach Club in Lapta – for sun bathing, eating, water sports etc. This is truly a beautiful family holiday home. Through the front door you enter the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area, which is bright and airy, and is furnished to a high standard.

The lounge is very comfortably furnished with a fabric suite, and many pictures done by a local artist. There is a large flat screen Satellite TV, portable iPod, music system, DVD player with over 500 DVD’s, Nintendo DS with games, game boy with games, 2 in house mobile phones and a dongle for wifi (with instructions for topping up both) and an open fire, 2 sets of patio doors lead onto a large fully furnished with solid rustic wooden furniture covered terrace, which has draw curtains for shade on those hot afternoons. This terrace is gated from the pool for child safety. There are free standing fans in this area. Of course the property is also a wonder adult environment with plenty of different places to either catch the sun or sit and relax in the shade with a book. Even the roof terrace is fully equipped with A table 4 chairs and 2 reclining chairs and parasol. There is also a sun canopy. This is an excellent spot to catch the early evening breeze and sunset.

The fully fitted kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, water cooler, fridge freezer, steamer, slow cooker, food processor etc etc, all that you need for a home from home holiday.

A corridor leads from the dining area to a guest toilet and:- The master bedroom which is a double with satellite TV. And DVD player has En-Suite Wet room, Mosquito net over the bed and patio doors which lead onto the pool terrace and gardens, and is air conditioned.

Bedroom 2 is a twin which has mosquito nets, and is air conditioned.

Bedroom 3 is a double with air conditioning and a mosquito net.

There is a family bathroom adjacent to these bedrooms.

Up a flight of stairs takes you to the roof terrace, there is a small kitchenette with sink and units, there is a table and chairs, sun beds and an awning if shade is required.

The 8 x 4 (1M – 2M) with roman steps is set at the back of the property and has ample room for sun bathing, the gardens are well established mostly shingle with mature shrubs, there is a hammock and large scatter cushions for your added comfort. There is a brick built BBQ is set by the pool terrace.

Villa Aroha is found down a quiet track towards the sea, offering privacy and well established gardens. The villa is approximately 10 minute drive from the harbor, in Karsiyaka, whilst the nearest beach is just a five minute drive.

The house is open plan.

From the front door into a hall way which leads to the open plan living area, lounge with ceiling fans, ample solid wood and fabric comfortable seating, log burner, flat screen TV with DVD and CD player with ample supply of videos, (No Actual TV stations) Music system with Surround sound, large solid wood dining table and chairs, a well equipped light oak fitted kitchen, with fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, dish washer and washing machine, water machine, 2 sets of patio doors lead onto a large divided patio area, and to the pool terrace and gardens.

From the dining area a door leads to a guest toilet, the 1st of the bedrooms which is a twin room with A/C, with a seperate family shower room, followed by the master bedroom with A/C, which has an en suite shower room, with patio doors leading to a patio and the pool terrace.

From the hall way a staircase leads up to the 1st floor where the 3rd bedroom can be found, this is a double bedroom with A/C with en-suite full bathroom, with patio doors leading onto a balcony, on this balcony there is a brick built BBQ, amazing views from this balcony down to the sea.

The villa has mature well maintained gardens which give privacy round the over flow swimming pool which is 5M x 10M (1M -2M depth) and has roman steps. There is another brick built BBQ, set in the gardens and plenty of pool terrace space for sun bathing.

There is an in-house mobile phone and Wi-fi dongle which clients can use with instructions on how to top up, there are also 2 mountain bikes for client use, should clients wish to cycle.

Sunset Valley is a fully air conditioned 3 bedroom villa set high on a hillside overlooking the sea, approximately 20 minutes drive from Kyrenia Harbour and town.

This property offers the most amazing sea and mountain views in every direction, the beach is just a 10 minute walk away and there are a few small restaurants also within a 5-10 minute walk, a 10 minute drive to the championship Korineum Golf and Country Club and only 15 minutes drive to the A La Garde turtle beach. The shops and large supermarkets are only a 10 minute drive.

On entering the villa you appreciate the quality of the build, fixtures and fittings, and furnished to the highest standard. Through the front door you arrive into the large hall way and into the open plan living area. The lounge is furnished with a very comfortable fabric suite, and has Sat TV (Free to view Sky), music system (with a large selection of CDs an ipod docking station and USB, DVD player with over 100 films (Including childrens) and an open fire, patio doors lead out from here to the pool area.

To the side of the lounge is the formal dining area with solid wood dining table and chairs, patio doors also open out onto the pool and terraces. Round the corner is the fully fitted solid wood kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, large S/S larder fridge freezer, dish washer, water cooler. There is a separate utility room with washing machine for your added convenience and a side door leads to a patio area and the garden.

Through an arch way, there is a large family bathroom and the first of the bedrooms which is a twin room, which has a large TV and PS2 with a selection of games. The second bedroom is a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and has patio doors leading out onto a large furnished terrace.

Stairs lead up to the first floor to the master bedroom with en-suite shower, patio doors lead onto a huge private balcony which is furnished with iron table and chairs to enjoy the sunsets.

Outside
The 10 x 5m private pool(salt water chlorinated) is set amongst huge terraces, furnished with comfortable raffia furniture. There is ample room for sun bathing and covered areas and a large covered pergola giving shade on those hot days. The outside dining area is well furnished with dining furniture and a large gas beefeater BBQ situated just off from the kitchen.

A really lovely villa with the added bonus of Wifi internet access, 4 bicycles, volley ball nets for over the pool, water polo and finally golf clubs.

This beautiful villa nestles in the foothills of the Kyrenia Mountains close to Zeytinlik Village and a short (approx 7 mins) drive to Kyrenia with its beautiful harbour, castle and many restaurants.

The villa is accessible for people with limited mobility from the front and side entrances with some steps leading down to the private pool at the rear.

Zeytin Sayfesi is situated amongst pretty well matured gardens which offer peace and privacy. There are terraces on three sides of the villa which provide ample space to relax and enjoy the Cypriot Sunshine. Garden furniture is at hand and a BBQ enables you dine outdoors.

As you arrive at the villa you appreciate the quality of this house, walking to the front door you firstly reach a pretty little court yard style area which is a covered area and well furnished with a solid wooden table and chairs. Off from the hall way is the comfortably furnished lounge with both leather and fabric sofas and occasional tables, satellite TV, DVD player, open fire place, a set of doors leads out onto a furnished patio area and the pool terrace. The kitchen is solid dark oak and has an electric oven and gas hob, dish washer, microwave, fridge freezer, and water machine.There is a utility room which houses a washing machine, fitted units and a sink.

The hallway leads to the first of the villas bedrooms which is a master double room with leather sofa, walk in dressing room and full bathroom en-suite. A twin and double bedroom complete the accomodation and they share the family shower room.

At the back of the villa is the completely private 8 x 4 (1 -2M in depth) swimming pool with roman steps, there is ample sun bathing terraces, and a brick built BBQ, there is an arched wall at the side of the pool with steps which led down to a secret well established garden.

The villa is air-conditioned throughout for your added comfort.

Villa Azure is set amongst beautiful well matured grounds and offers the most amazing sea and mountain views.

A 5 minute drive takes you to the village of Catalkoy, where you will find many shops including a large supermarket, and a butcher, boutiques and restaurants. The nearest beach and the harbour are approximately a 10 minute drive, and the famous Escape beach is 15 minutes drive.

Azure is a very impressive house, with solid wooden shutters that are very Cypriot in style, through the front door is the open plan lounge, diner and kitchen.

The lounge is very comfortably furnished and has a TV with DVD player for your added convenience. There is also a feature fireplace. Patio doors lead out from the lounge, kitchen and dining room onto terraces which overlook the swimming pool and rear garden. Villa Manzara Description

This villa includes FREE carhire.
Villa Manzara is just a 5 minute drive to Bellapais, which is where you will find local shops and restaurants, alternatively just a 10 minute drive is Kyrenia town.

The villa is set in very large grounds and surrounded by mature olive trees and stone walled. Inside you cannot help but be impressed with the high standard of furnishings that have been used throughout this villa, through the front door you arrive into the hall way, there is a guest WC and a sweeping staircase which leads up to the first floor.

Through the pretty double doors is the lounge which is comfortably furnished with fabric sofas, satellite TV, DVD player with DVDs, and music centre, there are ceiling fans for your added comfort, a set of French doors lead out onto a large furnished terrace. Two steps lead up to the dining area, which is furnished with a very unusual wooden table and chairs, there is a matching dresser that has several games to keep all amused in the mid day heat, there is also a CD player with a selection of CD’s. The lovely sunny kitchen is very well equipped with electric oven, gas hob, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and water cooler, a door leads out to a terrace and the garden.

A couple of steps down from the kitchen lead to the hallway, the sweeping staircase leads to the first floor which is where three bedrooms can be found. The first is a beautifully furnished twin bedroom (the Green Room)which has amazing view towards the mountains. The second bedroom (the Gold Room) is again a beautifully furnished twin room, French doors lead out onto a shared balcony which has the most amazing views towards the coast. Both bedrooms share a family bathroom adjacent with corner bath and shower over. The final bedroom to complete this accommodation is the master bedroom (the Lilac Room), again beautifully furnished, with a king size bed, which has an en-suite shower room and French doors lead out to a shared balcony.

Outside the private 8m pool with roman steps takes pride of place amongst a large terrace and mature gardens, with ample room for sun bathing. There is a brick built barbecue and outside patio furniture for those meals al fresco.

This really is a stunning villa, early booking is highly recommended.

Northern Cyprus is a perfect location to disappear from the pace of modern life and slow things down on this sunny and peaceful island. Whether you choose to visit or stay in Kyrenia or Famagusta you will not be short of things to do and see. You have the bustling markets of Nicosia (Lefkosa) to the remote villages of the Karpaz Peninsular or the citrus groves of Guzelyurt.

When you journey to this paradise country you will find yourself indulging in natural richness of the cultural heritage. There are vast amounts of historic monuments, religious buildings and medieval castles, abbeys and amphitheatres to for you to experience first hand the heritage left behind from over 10,000 years of civilisation.

Without visiting any of these you’d still be left admiring the islands natural beauty, with its stunning mountain scenery, golden sandy beaches and clear blue waters. If you’re a nature lover then you may find yourself exploring the orchids, endemic plants, and wildlife.

In the Karpaz Peninsula you will find over 1,000 feral donkeys. They have been part of Cypriot farming culture for many years, and have now been protected by the state so you can go up and see these beautiful creatures. This island also boasts the home of 3 of the 7 species of marine turtle, and Northern Cyprus hosts the 3rd and 5th most important nesting beaches for the green turtle in the entire Mediterranean.

If you are looking for more adrenaline seeking activities there are watersports available, you can choose from a range of surfing, wake boarding, a tour on the ringo banana or banana, kite surfing, parasailing, jet skiing, and canoeing. Either of which will no doubt result in you plunging into the crystal waters of the Mediterranean sea!

Famagusta
Situated in a large bay to the south east of the island, Famagusta is a town of dramatic contrasts. Encircled by massive medieval walls built by the Venetians, the old city was once one of the richest on the Mediterranean. The St Nicholas Cathedral is an extremely fine example of Gothic architecture, where the coronation ceremony of Kings took place from the 13th century. St Paul visited the area on his first missionary journey and no doubt marvelled at the once great city of Salamis. The ruins of the ancient city, with its huge marble columns surrounding the gymnasium, pool and Turkish bath area remain for the modern visitor to savour whilst reflecting on its past history. The more recent history of Cyprus has left Famagusta as one of the world’s few divided cities. The border between north and south runs through parts of the city, where certain areas are restricted.

Bogaz
Sixteen miles along the coast from Famagusta, as you head towards the Karpaz Peninsula, you will find the small, friendly village of Bogaz. This quiet fishing village has a small number of restaurants, bars, and coffee bars and a long sandy beach. On the hilltop above the village stands the ruin of Kantara Castle at the highest point of the mountain range, known as the Five Finger Mountains. Built in the Byzantine period, the castle is only accessible by foot through a rocky pathway up the steep slope but the splendid view of the coastline and surrounding areas is well worth the effort. In the evening Harbour becomes live with its restaurants, bars and coffee bars. It is an ideal place to mix with the locals.

Kyrenia
Kyrenia is set on the northern coastline of the island. The picturesque harbour is the focal point of the town. The 7th Century Byzantine castle built to defend the town from attacks by the Arabs dominated it. Housed within the walls of the castle is the shipwreck museum, which exhibits one of the oldest commercial ships in the world, which belonged to Alexander the Great. There are a number of places of historical interest within easy reach of Kyrenia amongst which is the well-preserved 12th century Bellapais Abbey and village. Also St. Hilarion Castle, which is perched 2,000 feet above Kyrenia in the Five Finger Mountains, providing the visitor with a panoramic view of most of the northern coastline.
