Can I hold an option on a villa? |

We are able to hold short provisional options on one villa for upto 24 hours. We do not hold options on late bookings. |

What deposit is required to confirm a booking? |

The deposit is 25-50% of the villa rental, car hire/transfers plus any other holiday components (if booking outside of 10 weeks of departure). If you choose to book your flight seats with us, the full payment is payable at the time of booking. Is there a breakage deposit payable? |

A £10 per person minor breakage and accidental damage charge will be added to all bookings. This will be shown on your confirmation invoice and payable at the time of your balance payment. The charge is non-refundable and covers accidental damage to fixtures and fitting and breakages to crockery and glassware. This does not cover malicious damage or misuse of the fixtures and fittings or structure to your villa. We ask you to leave the property in the condition you found it on your arrival and report any damages or breakages caused during your stay.

Can we have an extra bed in our villa? |

A selection of villas will accept an extra bed at a charge of £50.00 per week (£60 in Menorca). Extra beds are usually folding camp beds and therefore they are more suitable for children or teenagers rather than an adult. |

What time is the villa available from and what time must it be vacated? |

We appreciate that there is no such thing as the 'perfect' flight timings that suits both your travelling party and also ties in with the villa occupation and vacation times. We want you to arrive to a villa that is fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and in order that this can be done, the maids/owners must have uninterrupted access to all areas of the property therefore, your villa will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival and is to be vacated by 10am on the departure day. When booking your own travel arrangements, please bear in mind the above information. |

Are transfers /car hire included? |

We do not include transfers or car hire in the villa cost. We can arrange either for you and full prices of both are clearly shown on our website. |

Are towels and linen included? |

Bed linen is supplied at all of our properties. One hand towel and one medium sized bath/shower towel are supplied per person. Pool towels are provided for your use at each of our villas. |

What is included in the Welcome Pack? |

A Welcome Pack* is provided for you to enjoy on arrival at your holiday home and will include some essential items for you to enjoy on arrival. The contents will vary slightly from resort to resort but normally include tea, coffee, milk, bread, water, wine, eggs and either chicken, tuna or ham salad, depending on resort, starter pack of toilet rolls, matches, rubbish bags, washing up liquid and a cleaning cloth.If you require a vegetarian welcome hamper please advise us at the time of booking. (*chargeable on discounted holidays, if applicable, you will be advised of this at the time of booking) |

Will my DVDs play on the DVD player in the villa? |

Where our villas are described as having a DVD player, this will have been supplied by the villa owner and is therefore outside our control. However, as all our resorts are in DVD region 2 (the same as the UK) it is reasonable to assume that DVDs bought in the UK will play with no problems. If you intend to take any region 1 DVDs there is no guarantee that these will play. |

What are the maid's duties? |

Her basic duties are bed making, cleaning the villa (bathrooms, kitchens, floors etc.), sweeping patios and general tidying. Washing up and cleaning of barbecues are NOT included in her duties. |

Do the villas have safety deposit boxes? |

The majority of our villas have safes fitted. |

Are cots and highchairs available? |

We can arrange cots at a charge of £30 - £38 per week depending on resort. Cot linen is provided for you. Highchairs can be arranged for you at £15 - £30 per week, depending on resort. |

Yes, all of our villas have an iron, ironing board and a hairdryer. |

Do any villas have heated swimming pools? |

There are three villas which have a solar heated pool and these are Casa Franz in Menorca, C'an Terrassa and Villa Alicia in Cala D'or. Villas Son Cisterna & C'an Lleida have heated indoor pools. Villas Heaven and Serena in Cyprus, villa Ifandis in Kefalonia, villa Ancao in Portugal, villa Vista del Valle have heated pools (chargeable per day, payable locally) |

Are any of the villas suitable for partially disabled passengers? |

The only villa which have been specially adapted to accommodate a wheelchair for partially disabled clients is Casa Francesca in Pollensa. |

When will we receive our directions and tickets? |

Your tickets and final instructions will be sent out to you approximately 2-3 weeks before departure. |

Does the property have air-conditioning? |

This is only available if stated in the description of the accommodation and will be in the rooms as stated. All air-conditioning units are set on a timer. This avoids an overload of the system when numerous electrical items are in use. We'd also like to think that we'll all be doing our bit towards saving the environment. |

Can I take my dog? |

No pets whatsoever are allowed in any of our properties. |

Can a child under 16 travel to Portugal without its parent or guardian? |

In accordance with the Child Abduction Act, any child (up to 16 years) travelling with an adult, who is not their parent or guardian, is required to be in possession of a letter giving appropriate consent from the parent or legal guardian and authenticated by a solicitor which includes a contact telephone number. |
Internet Dongles.
The local vodaphone office offer the best deals for Dongles. They are best to go to the office where they set it all up for them.
For a dongle for a Laptop it costs approx 20€ which included 20€ worth of internet use and then they can just top it up as they wish.
For a Dongle for an Iphone or Ipad it costs approx 60€ and includes 20€ worth of internet use.
Villa Select can hire out a Wii or a X box for 30€ a week , but clients have to bring their own games.
